    Featuring photographs and artifacts that depict the pioneering period of Maple Creek (1870 - 1910), the SW Saskatchewan Oldtimers Museum is open May to September or by appointment. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm and Sunday and Monday from 1pm to 5pm.

    Eastend Historical Museum
    The building that houses this museum was originally built as the Pastime Theatre in 1914, which acted as the town's social centre for many years. Displays in the museum range from dinosaur bone casts to native and settlement artifacts.

    Avonlea & District Museum - Heritage House

    Displays include local artifacts of pioneers who homesteaded the area in the early 1900's, as well as prehistoric occupations and archaeological findings. Heritage site is located at the end of Main St. in the former CNR Station (circa 1912).

    T. rex Discover Centre
    Visitors to southern Saskatchewan who are fascinated by dinosaurs can make a stop at the T. rex Discovery Centre.     This museum is run completely by volunteers and is totally not-for-profit. They host a whole range of events illustrating life in the Saskatchewan heartland. On-site attractions include a pioneer village, a farmyard, Tom Sukanen's ship, and the Diefenbaker Homestead.
