Athabasca Sand Dunes Provincial Park Remote wilderness park along the S shore of Lake Athabasca with air access from Uranium City, Stony Rapids and Fond du Lac. Park has no services and no user fee. It is characterized by sand dunes, pebble cuvered surfaces and sand blasted structures. Evidence of native Indian use dating back 7000-8000 years can be found.
