It is housed in a three-story 1912 post office building in the heart of downtown Humboldt. Open year round. Tuesdays - Saturdays 1 - 5 pm. Extended summer hours: Tues - Sat. 10 am - 5 pm.

Located in the Wadena 100 year old train station, the museum and nature centre is a must see for any visitor. Open from May to September, the friendly staff will answer any questions guests may have about their cultural and natural heritage. On site guests will find antique machinery, the Brice farmstead (dating back to 1914), a pioneer one room school house, CNR caboose and jigger, nature and wildlife displays, and more.
